Workpackage 2
Meeting 1

Unresolved actions:
- CTIC to include semantic bar proposal and recommendation module for the semantic framework (TO BE DEFINED).
- CTIC to describe the declarative format in which application declare their policies of the delivery context (This task will taken by TID).
- CTIC to write a document about the best cache frameworks to use inside MyMobileWeb (by 23rd October).
- CTIC to integrate UAProfile capabilities into the current device recognizer module (based on WURFL)(by the end of the year).
- TID to study how the rendering mechanism could be turned into a service that could be invoked in any language (by the end of the year).

- Nacho (CTIC): to review free UML diagram authoring tools (15/Nov).
- JMCF (TID): to review free non UML-specific diagram authoring tools (15/Nov).
- JMCF (TID): to publish a first draft of the architecture document and a list of diagrams to be drawn by UPM (1/Dec).
- UCLM: to determine if OpenOffice suits our documentation needs, and to search for alternatives (10/Nov).
- UPM and UCLM: send strategy document. TID: sent comments about it. (15/Nov)
- JMCF (TID): contact with Yaco and Móviles about status of documents of user requirements and business requirements. (15/Nov)

Unresolved actions:
- Luis and Diego to join the W3C UWA WG to contribute to the development of the delivery context ontology (NO DEADLINE SET)
- CTIC to propose the subset of the user profile data that will be actually used to perform content adaptation (15th of October).
- TID to write in the wiki ideas on data privacy and P3P discussed in the meeting (15th of October)
- UPM and TID to research on profile discovery and the relationship between MyMobileWeb and OpenID (ONGOING WORK)

- José M. Cantera: To update the comments state of W3C ontology. (Nov 15)
- CTIC: To explore a method to use part of W3C ontology and extend its properties. How to integrate W3C and MMW ontology.
- Diego: Measure Units: To explain A Option(Dual modeling) in wiki. (Nov 26)
- Diego: To respond Rhys Lewis why using anotation properties is better.(Nov 15)

Meeting 1

Unresolved actions:
- Answare to prepare a list of free GIS services and GID with information of Spanish cartography, recommend two services as reference (one for spanish cartography and another for a European example) (15th of October).
- Alberto (Answare) and Nacho (CTIC) to study the possibilities to convert GML to SVG. Alberto will focus on GeoTools features in what regards to GML->SVG and Nacho on general GML->SVG conversion (15th of October)
- Answare and (CTIC) to study the new design for the map componente taking into account the new global architectural design of MMW. (15th of November).
- CTIC to think of re-engineering of the transcoder to merge images (for example, images offered from different GIS services). (end of the year)
- Answare to think about the design of the menu control (displayable as map) with the map component made by Answare. (15th of October)
Meeting 2
When: September 18th

Unresolved actions:
- All to study how to deal with RDFa and the DIAL profile based in IDEAL (by the end of the year).
- GERMINUS to study the extension of IDEAL with multimodality requirements by creating new attributes for the different components (by the end of the year).
- CTIC to study the integration of MyMobileWeb with SMIL (by the end of the year).
Meeting 3

- UCLM: to make more tests with Orbeon, and study the integration posibilities with JSF (15/Nov).
- CTIC: to produce language specification to allow charts on IDEAL (31/Dec).
- ANSWARE: to produce language specification to allow maps on IDEAL (31/Dec).

Unresolved actions:
- José M. Cantera: To add /complete the use cases that are being written on the wiki with some one which is related to the semantic arranging of contents. To be done before 23th November
- UPM: To create an index of the deliverable D.6.3.1. To be done before 23th November
- TID: To send contents to the D.6.3.1 about use cases and problem statement. To be done before 23th November.
Workpackage 7

Where: Gijón, Asturias, Spain
Unresolved actions:
- GERMINUS: Provide correlation use cases adapted to EducaMadrid application. To be done before 9th November 2007.
- José M. Cantera: Held an audio meeting by 12th November week for discussing following steps.
